Seeking Virtual assistant (VA) and mailchimp email marketing expert

I am looking for a VA to help with a variety of tasks. My hope is for this to develop into a long term (multi-year) arrangement. My biggest priority is hiring someone who is detail-oriented and responsive, professional, a self-starter and will adhere to deadlines. Someone who is a critical thinker who makes suggestions. Someone who wants to be a contributing team member of a company.
They need to be very comfortable with mail chimp, zapier and email automation. I need someone who is very comfortable learning software programs as marketing technology is always changing. Basic design skills (can edit / optimize photos) and good writing skills.
Fluency in English is required.
Knowledge of following software/programs required:
Project/Time Management Software
• Trello
• Toggl
• Google Drive
Productivity Software
• Word / Google Docs
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Powerpoint
Email Marketing
• Mailchimp
• Zapier
Design & Website
• Photoshop / Canva - crop and optimize photos
• Wordpress – post blogs on Salient & Avada themes
Social Media Platforms (post, review management)
• FB
As far as tasks, this is an overview, although not an exhaustive list:
• Data entry
• Project management (time tracking, meeting deadlines)
• Topic Research
• Social Media: Posting and creating graphics
• Comment Monitoring: like and respond to comments on Social Media accounts
• Online Review Management - monitor and respond to online reviews
• Photos: Research and help choose photos for client's projects (blogs or websites).
• Blog research and writing. .
• Proofing web pages for missing design elements / broken links
• Email marketing: Design, choose photos and write copy for emails (newsletters and drip campaigns) and send to appropriate customer segment. Client will provide topic and strategy, while Contractor will write and research.
• Email automation: Integrate mailchimp with Zapier
• Wordpress: Simple website edits and updates on WordPress Salient and Avada Themes
• Copying blogs from Wordpress into LInkedIn as articles
• Other reasonable marketing administrative tasks including but not limited to updating powerpoint presentations, tracking time
Min 5 hours per week paid. Anticipate up to 7 hours per week with possibility for more hours depending on the week. VA must have high-speed internet.
Will start with one month agreement and then determine if longer working arrangement is a fit.
