Consultant(s) needed to recruit 50 Bachelors for Inter-Racial Matchmaking Program

I am in search of a consultant or consulting firm/agency who can help me recruit 50 Bachelors from across the US for a new and exciting Inter-racial matchmaking program. The new program is an inter-racial matchmaking experiment. Bachelors who are resident of these countries are paired with foreign Afro matches who are resident of countries in Africa for two years of virtual dating and are expected to marry their matches after the first year is over, and continue to be enrolled in the program virtually for the second year. The target is fifty (50) Bachelors (Single, Divorced, Widowed) for the first cohort which is expected to begin in November 2020 but dates could change due to Covid 19. The program is called Bride-In-Training and came as a result of testing out inter-racial relationships in the above listed countries and to fulfill the need for those Bachelors who want to date outside of their race in an inter-racial relationship but have not had the platform to make such happen. The primary role of the Management Consultant will be to help recruit the 50 Bachelors, ensure background and health checks are cleared by the Bachelors, and possibly help with ensuring the smooth virtual aspect of the program while we handle the on-ground work with the Maidens at the Academy. In addition to the US, bachelors could also be recruited from Europe, Canada, or Australia. The location is flexible as long as the Bachelors are resident of a Western country.
