In my 12 years of experience in HR domain in an MNC, 5 years have been as a team member in the HR business support group. Hence I am well aware of the HR's role in enabling businesses. This is also backed up by relevant academic qualifications related to HR. Therefore I believe I can be a good resource for this assignment

I have 20 years of HR, Training, Project Management and Management Consulting. I have had the opportunity to take part in various HR related projects such as management development programs, succession planning, certification endeavors, performance management, competency-based systems, employee engagement, recruitment and profiling and HR metrics and analytics. Strategic HR is my area of specialization as it creates value to the business and makes HR a business partner/leader in the organization rather than simply being a follower/member of senior management. I even conduct a public workshop on HRBP to HR managers. In addition, programs have to show value through measures and analytics in relation to business metrics in order to gain support and sustainability of the programs. I am not only willing to create these programs but also do knowledge transfer and metrics for success in order to ensure sustainability/continuity of said programs. Knowing my programs are continued over a period of time and that they are able to help both employees and organizations, brings great satisfaction to me as an HR practitioner.
