Community Manager from INDIA to manage the Talent Pool for leading Enterprise Client

We (Freelancer Enterprise) are looking to hire a Community Manager to manage a talent pool for a leading Enterprise client.

Talent Pool Management (Adding engineers to relevant groups in FLN, Whatsapp)

Handling all engagement matters with freelancers, this includes escalations, non attendance or inactivity amongst other scenarios

Proactively engaging the HP community for feedback, updates and opportunities

Marketing the project to generate new leads for recruitment

Maintaining and distributing newsletter

Responsibilities

Be the point of contact for all freelancers on the project, this includes our operations team and engineers.

Regularly connecting with the HP freelancers with updates to the engagement, general platform tips and HP specific information.

Monitor, track and report on feedback from the HP Freelancer Pool.

Create measurable community building, outreach strategies, and nurturing campaigns across the entire HP Freelancer Pool.

Escalate poor behavior, concerns, risks, illegal activity, fraud, etc to the Program Management team at freelancer.com.

Reach out to all Freelancers

Continuous Community Management

Objective: To frequently communicate to the pools and individuals within the HP group, to answer questions and become a main POC for platform issues and concerns.

Dispute Resolution

Objective: To field all disputes or concerns and raise them to correct internal teams such as CX, Gen CX, Product Knowledge, AFT, etc.

Candidates with Multilingual capacity are highly preferred.
