We are looking for individuals that welcome the opportunity to join a growing startup e-commerce firm. You will be working closely with the founders and our team to help the business grow. We are looking for a self starter that is willing to take direction and learn to work with our processes and software. Experience with international product sourcing and logistics is a plus, but not a requirement. The right candidate will have an analytical mindset, and should be able to logically work with data to identify problems and develop solutions for improvement. Attention to detail with product sourcing is critical in this task. This job is not location specific and will be performed remotely using Google Hangouts and Ryver for team meetings. Responsibilities 1. Learning the operations and logic behind our proprietary software systems. 2. Using our proprietary software systems to identify products to launch in the Amazon marketplace. 3. Determining the key specifications of products and communicating with foreign manufacturers to produce products to the identified specifications. 4. Coordinating international logistics and storage in a cost effective manner. 5. Creating Amazon listings for new products, including titles, bullet points, descriptions and pictures. 6. Analyzing data to improve our software and processes, while also identifying new processes and data that could be collected and used to improve operations. Requirements 1. Willingness and desire to work remotely without supervision in an effective manner. 2. Ability to meet performance benchmarks and perform tasks at a high level while working from home. 3. Ability to operate with an analytical, problem solving and process improvement mindset. 4. Superior computer skills (MS Office, Google Docs, Google Folders, Database and Programming skills are a plus). 5. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. 6. Experience with sourcing products from international suppliers is a plus. 7. Experience with international freight and logistics is a plus.

I am an expert in International trade, supply chain and logistics. Very well experienced in payment terms such as LC, TT, DA and DP terms and Incoterms, shipping and freighting, and documents associated with shipping. I have searched, corresponded and entered into agreements with new suppliers related to agriculture products. Have selected and nominated freight forwarders to monitor our shipment specially EXW shipments. I have ebay experience as a buyer, but have not listed any for sale. I have no experience with dropshipping but willing to learn. Currently handling Alibaba inquiries for a Thai Company remotely and enter data to their CRM. Hi, Following is my understanding from the given work profile. 1. International product sourcing - This includes niche products that sell in high volumes on the marketplace like Amazon, eBay etc. 2. Product sourcing based on the inputs to identify and follow the process of procuring quality products with matching specifications, validate the credibility of a supplier, assess the lead time of imports, methods of safe importing and its documentation procedures etc. 3. Execute all these activities through the company's resource planning software and ensure all the documents and reports are available to the management team to review the progress. 4. Finally, create product portfolios, catalog with all necessary specifications and key features of the product to display in Amazon marketplace. I have a good exposure in supply chain and logistics area on both raw materials sourcing and finished goods logistics starting from supplier identification, FOB/CIF, and CFR procedures until reaches the warehouse of the buyer. I am a self-starter and quick learner to understand the client requirements and provide proactive solutions and inputs to help the business grow and meet organizational objectives.
