Example of Inputs : Which kind of machine / product required , What is the application , is it will use for long term or short term , for future perspective spare will available or not. if available than will do agreement / contract. Detail Description , Specifications, Data sheet if applicable. once Stage 2 To find supplier as per Inputs or specifications. once list ready of supplier than to start due diligence or audit. it means to check supplier qualification criteria. ( which kind of Certification supplier have i.g ISO , CE , TS , API ). once all supplier will provide their data after that i will float RFQ ( Request for Quotation ) only for those who are qualified. once all supplier quotation received after that make compression sheet and categorize supplier as L1 , L2 ,., Ln. after that segregate as grade A ( Quality best ) & Grade B ( Price best ). Stage 3 and finally negotiate them for to show machine / product sample physically to near by & price negotiation. and after supply of product how many year warranty will valid.
