This is an android consumer app market research project to validate a consumer app idea that I am bootstrapping. Key deliverables I am looking for: [1] Customer/User Analysis and research: User needs by user persona type and potential demand that can be created. Key User persona will be shared in initial discussion. [2] Market Trends: Key app market trends in this space for Android, India / China market [3] Competitive analysis: Top-5/10 competitive apps in this area for the India and China market. Their pros/cons, pricing, target user segments, key features, UX comparisons. [4] Survey Design: Design a market participant survey for target user personas. Launch survey for the different user persona type, analyze and summarize results. More details will be shared in the initial discussion. Overtime I will also need to hire an app development company for this. It is fine if the same vendor can do both.
