We would like to hire someone who can create a shortlist locations to rent out for a food business focusing on affordable Japanese meals. The price points, cuisine, and experience are fixed. Even the target market is fixed (office workers, young professionals for lunch on weekdays, families on weekends).
The goal of this project is to be able to shortlist locations to rent out for the food business. We would like to open in Metro LA area.
The shortlist must be backed by research and data.
The info we need is which location to open the food joint.
Aside from that, we need a survey answered by the public in the specific locations shortlisted. It's a short set of questions that we will provide through the discussion. (This should become part of the research).
