Seeking highly motivated, self-starting Telemarketers/Appointment Setters with excellent prospecting and communication skills to make 100+ calls every day, schedule at least 1-2 appointments per day with corporate executives at top U.S. financial institutions, and convert our database of leads to clients. This is a very hardcore and intense phone role. If you can’t handle 8 hours a day on the phone, please do not apply. If you are not comfortable talking and selling on the telephone, please do not apply. If you can handle it, we’ll give you all the tools and support for success. We’re a global Business Consulting firm specializing in the financial services industry. No prior experience is required, but understanding our business model and value proposition will be crucial in executing effective calls, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and closing appointments. This position affords the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to be a Telemarketer in a growing company and earn appointment setting bonuses (between $150-$300 U.S. dollars), commissions on sales (we pay 5% on the net sale). This is a great way to gain something besides money - i.e. learn about U.S. financial companies; as well as an opportunity to work closely with some of the brightest minds on Wall Street in an informal work environment where collegiality and intellectual rigor are highly valued. We’re prepared to make a substantial investment in you. We will guarantee $120 to $200 a week (we do not take taxes out) and require a quota of 5-10 appointments per week. For scheduling 3 sales calls in one day that are verified and completed appointments, we will pay a bonus of $150 to you. For scheduling 5 sales calls in one day that are verified and completed appointments, we will pay a bonus of $300 to you. We will also pay a uncapped bonus of 5% on the net sale. Our sales are HUGE range from $10K to $250K, with the average sale being around $30K. For those that work hard and succeed, you can expect to earn at least $7,500 per year. You’ve got to be hungry and ambitious. You've got to be flexible and easily trainable. You’ve got to be mature and reliable. We’ll need you to work 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Compensation: For those that work hard and succeed, you can expect to earn at least $7,500 per year. Below are the details of the compensation plan. • $3.00 to $5.00 U.S, dollars per hour depending on experience. • Unlimited appointment setting bonuses of $150 U.S, dollars for 3 sales calls per day. You should expect to receive at least 1 appointment setting bonus per month. • Unlimited appointment setting bonuses of $300 U.S, dollars for 5 sales calls per day. • Sales commissions of 5% of the net sale when appointments turn into sales. Our sales are HUGE range from $10K to $250K, with the average sale being around $30K. • Special bonuses for performing exceptional work. Job Requirements: In order to be successful making appointments in this position, the candidate must: • Have prior experience in appointment setting • Have a good working computer • Have a reliable high speed Internet connection • Excellent spoken and written English skills • Make 100+ cold calls/follow up calls per day • Schedule 1 to 2 appointments consistently per day • Make 1 sale within the first 2 months. After the first 2 months, make one to 1-2 sales on a monthly basis • Be confident and “talented” on the telephone • Be highly motivated, aggressive, and self-starting • Execute on our proven sales methodologies, e.g. bypassing gatekeepers and giving rebuttals • Build a pipeline • Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time • Experience in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system such as Salesforce is a plus Send your proposal/resume and we'll call you for an interview if there's a match.
