Lead generation specialist w. access to data in Singapore -- 2

*************READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING PLEASE************ For a client case we're now looking for a marketing agency preferrably located in Singapore who can provide us with qualitative leads data for a specific target group within SINGAPORE. The target group is specifically people with south asian ancestry (Indian! Either born indian or with indian parents) who are CURRENTLY residing in Singapore. The target group is both men/women ages 40-70 years old. We need FULL NAME, VALID EMAIL, MAILING ADDRESS, AGE/DATE OF BIRTH. This must be delivered within 1 week(!) from project start since we have a deadline. Minimum order quantity will be 12 000 contacts to begin with possibility for 100 000 more if you can deliver that much. It is VITAL that you are 100% certain that you will be able to deliver AT LEAST 12 000 contacts since we can not accept a few thousand contacts. Any less than 12 000 means that the project requirements have not been met and you will not get paid. Also if you miss the deadline of 7 days it will mean that you have not succeeded with the project and won't get paid. I want to be very very clear about these things in order to avoid misunderstandings and also avoid unserious bidders.
