Looking for an expert in Industrial/Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering who can speak to the Labor shortage of skilled workers mainly welders in the USA and can do a Subject Matter Expert Letter to be sent to USCIS immigration to substantiate a H2B Visa petition for skilled workers to come in from countries that are not on the H2B visa eligible list.
