I am the assistant manager of design in the R & D department. Total 8 years of experience in machine design & development. I have reviewed image of OT project. in this case, I will apply CFD Analysis and Simulation load analysis in Solid Works. Vibration and Fatigue life calculate with help of cad and manual calculation. Stage vise Assembly with the features will be present. Will define CDR Report and necessary Documents. Done a similar project of Rolls-Royce Jet Engine Pipe Fixture project of Aerospace prepared Critical Dimension report of Every stage of Manufacturing and inspection. Knowledge of Software. Software: Solid Works 2020(Expert level), NX-12(Expert Level ), Ansys, MATLAB & Auto Cad Worked in the development of Pulveriser and plastic material analysis Machine. Fabrication structure of SS 304, MS with structure analysis in solid works. fixture development, Tensile, Hydraulic, and Compressive Testing, and pneumatic clamping fixture. Machine/component/product life cycle, product mechanical analysis, DFMEA. Mechanical properties calculations.
