Project Methodology:- Objective :- To design the propeller for the UAV.. Project Proposal:- I can provide detail Project Proposal once the project is Shortlisted. Approach:- We implement a methodology called a blade element momentum theory performance analysis to design the propellers. We will try to design the blade geometries that minimize induced and profile losses are analytically determined, and other design parameters are chosen parametrically to balance noise reduction and aerodynamic performance. will provide you the different designs based on the design concept you provided to illustrate the various design issues. Expected Inputs:- Motor RPM, Power of the Motor, What will be maximum diameter? Number of blades, Whether ducted type, whether mutirotor system or fixed wins system? Duration:- 45 days is perfect time to design a propeller with proper analysis. Final Design:- Once the conceptual is done we can provide the detail drawings of the final propeller design. Delivery:- CATIA files, Report, STL files, IGES/STEP files. Experience about me in propeller:- We have designed around 5 -6 propellers as per the requirement in future.
