Robotics Feasibility Report

I am an EE/Robotics engineer (Carnegie Mellon University, 1987) I own a mechatronics consulting firm. But, given the simple scope of this project, I'll do your analysis personally. I'll also validate my analysis by discussing with my staff. I'm assuming this might be some sort of agriculture robot since you mentioned the terrain.
