Solve Calibration Problem With Microchip MCP39F511N

Need to check the schematic and PCB layout in details. I have worked quite a bit on MCP3911 which is also an energy metering ADC. I am sure there is offset voltage problems when there is no load and may be that's why calibrating the device is not working. Just my guess without seeing the problem though. I used that MCP3911 to design a precision electronic DC load. Please message me to discuss further. PCB layout could be the culprit also. Thanks

Hi, the solution is straight forward if you're able to answer the following questions without any assumptions 1. Do you have EVB(ADM00706) of MCP39F511N and tried to test in parallel with your system? 2. Is the analog circuit of your system have less tolerance components and as recommended? 3. Ambient/Environment values(temp) remains same through out your test execution? 4. Is the analog section isolated from other circuit in board and completely surrounded by ground plane? 5.
