Access 2013/2016 ? We can use MS Access as backend or SQL Server Express as backend. Let me know your preference. 2)I need a loan management database on MS Access for my cash loan business. =>Ok, What data of Recruitment related to your cash loan business you want to store into database ? Do you have any existing Excel spreadsheet or manually written data so I can design database for the same. 3)The database should be able to manage client info and record cash loaned to clients as well as printing reports. =>Ok, Once I got the details I can customize the database as per the requirement and need. We can use either MS Access or SQL Server Express as backend with MS Access as front-end. MS Access is easy to use and scalable for high volume requirements as well.
