I have Active Directory and Exchange Experience • Support AD and exchange (O365) tickets through ticketing tool ServiceNow. • Administering Active Directory services, Replication, Trust Relationship and Group Policies. • To follow up on all critical incidents (Priority 1) either through email or call, closing Incidents and confirmation with the user end requests. • Files share permissions with inheritance and DFS requests and issues with targets. • Managed DNS records reservations and DHCP request in Infoblox IPAM console with vLAN. • Managing the coexistence exchange environment (Exchange 2010 ,2016 and O365) which has more than 35,000 mailboxes. • Moving mailboxes from Exchange 2010 to O365 and within Exchange 2010 for load balancing of mailbox servers. • Administration of exchange 2010 using Exchange Management console and EAC for O365 • Support Mail flow issues inside and outside organization through EOP and transport rule. • Monitoring and Managing Exchange 2010 Server and panel access of O365 EAC Roles and availability of the services such as OWA, ActiveSync, SMTP relay configurations and MAPI based connections. • Troubleshooting Exchange 2010 & 2013 mailbox, Distribution Groups and Resource mailbox related issues through Exchange PowerShell.
