Please use the "Rules Wizard" in current version of Office 365 Microsoft Outlook on desktop Windows 10 PC.
Create a rule as follows:
SUMMARY: Examine all incoming emails that match the condition, then extra phone # from subject line, then send a new email message containing the same text in body.
STEP 1: Examine each incoming email
“IF” CONDITION: The subject line contains “Voicemail received from”
Sample subject line: Voicemail received from (343) 262-2226 (0:24s) on ext 500 )
STEP 2: “THEN” Extract the phone number from the subject line
In this sample extract (343) 262-2226
STEP 3: Delete empty spaces, hyphen, and all characters which are not digits
So end up with 3432622226
STEP 4: Append “@[login to view URL]” at END of the digits
So end up with 3432622226@[login to view URL]
STEP 5: Append “1” in FRONT of digits
So end up with 13432622226@[login to view URL]
STEP 6: CREATE a NEW EMAIL MESSAGE addressed to [the new email address we created]
In this sample, it would be addressed to: 13432622226@[login to view URL]
STEP 7: Insert this in subject line: “Automatic Text Message Was Sent to This Website Voicemail Customer”
STEP 8: Insert this text into the email BODY:
Hi. Thanks for your message a few minutes ago.
STEP 9: SEND the email message.

This task can be completed using one VBA script during one day. As I understand this is done to process automatic messages from Voice mail box, so all messages have standardized view and no any additionally data check is required at the moment.
I bring to the table five years of customer service experience.
