Hello,
I would like to have a Microsoft Powerapp developed for a manager in a consulting environment. The app should be able to read appointments from the Outlook calendar of various consultants, where the access for the manager has been divided/granted accordingly. After specifying a date and a period of time, the manager should be shown the available consultants as output. The manager can then schedule this free consultant for customer use. If possible, it would also be desirable to have the option of automatically creating an appointment with the specified period in the calendar of the desired consultant. In the further course of the app, it should also be possible to calculate the consultant's monthly workload (in percent) taking into account his appointments.
