This Project involves:- a) creation of Sharepoint platform (to assign & monitor a project) b) creation of Feedback Form using Excel format: Brief Ideas/information of the Project:- 1) create Excel (Questionaire Form) - Standard form with questions to report on a case (Feedback Form) 2) create SharePoint platform to assign task (Feedback Form) to assignees. Each assignee may receive than 1 form as assigned from time to time. 3) Once Task (Feedback form) is assigned, set deadlines for assignees to submit Feedback Form. Set multiple email reminders (x days before deadlines, y days before deadline & z day on due date & etc) to assignee to complete and submit the Feedback Form. All this is done via SharePoint. 4) Submission of the Feedback Form (by Assignee) will be via Sharepoint platform (SharePoint Site) 5) Monitoring of the Task Status via SharePoint platform (SharePoint Site). 6) Feedback Form will be prepared by the Assignee, approved by his superior A and final approval by Superior B. 7) Based on Feedback Form reply (in excel format), SharePoint can generate reports (summary of feedback) and able to export data to Excel format for further analysis.
