Tasks to assign from mobile to Employee using Outlook

Hi. I want a way to assign tasks from mobile to employees who are using Outlook (Tasks feature) 1. Tasks that are created by me on mobile should be seen and updated or marked by employee "as complete" in Outlook 2. I should be able to see what is the task status you can assume To-do , planner or Teams - all apps are there on mobile of the manager from where he is going to assign the tasks. Thanks!
