Android App programmer required to replicate an iOS App

We are seeking an experience Android App programmer able to duplicate an existing iOS app. The iPhone app is Zmart Remote. You need to have experience in audio engine as there are codes needed to convert Hex Codes into .wav file and vice versa. You need to have some experiences or background knowledge in [login to view URL] Our product is [login to view URL] . We only hire freelancer who is the programmer on the project and would not consider any agencies or brokers. This project must be completed within 30 days and two milestone payments will be set up. One milestone payment when the infrared transmitter/receiver is completed, and the other milestone payment will be when the project has been completed. The Android App to be able to run on most popular platform such as Samsung Smartphones.
