Visualization of locations on Google Map - Android app

Hi,
We need an app developed for Android. Visualization of locations on Google map.
App need to pull up data from MySQL database hosted on our server. There will be a list of 100-200 locations in the database - Name, address, phones, URL. We'll prepare and load the database with all data - this is not part of the project.
User needs to be able to search for closest location around specific zip or address, and/or show locations around him. App needs to be able to show Google Map with small icons of these places, and when you click on it , to show you exact address and URL.

- Option 1 - all locations are the same type (lets say restaurants). There will be 1 icon
- Option 2 - there will be 3 types of locations ( restaurants, auto services, hotels)
