Android Game

Hi, I have an idea of a game app for iphone - ipad - Android etc. The game is World War Domination! On opening the app the player is given a choice of Targets (People Or Leaders) images i.e Osama Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam Hussein, Gaddafi, Barrack Obama, Gorbeachev, Churchill, Yasser Arafat etc Once selected a new screen appears with the world upon movement or shaking of device the world spins and rotates and moves to the selected Leaders country!! Next select to start attack the game will then start with a background of the country with several tourist attractions or image layered within the country the user will then move a target around the screen waiting for the head of the leader to pop-up at which point the player will move the displayed target over the leader and fire or touch the screen to fire. The leaders head will be hit and hits counted the head will get faster and faster poping up in various locations once complete after a couple of levels the player has beaten the leader they move on to the next leader with the leader they have defeated showing a skull & crossbones or desceased over the image. The player can move through all the leaders to gain world domination!!!!!!! Specification: -A game like "Angry Birds" for Android platform or iphone -Support Android >= Version 2.1 -All scenes/sprites/sounds in a separate directory for easy replacement -Level-design by txt/JSON or XML file -No decompilation of Angry Bird - must be your own work! -Sourcecode must be included -sign NDA (non disclosure agreement) -Appcelerator/Phonegap or other HTML/JavaSCRIPT or Flash-based platform for Game-development Java! -Native Gfx-Engine like ANDEngine is ok -Correctly parallax-moving background perspective with some zoom-in/out on movement -Smoke clouds and explosive sounds with vibration on target hit -realistic physics engine (explosions, gun fire, collisions) -catapult with pullable elastic band and animal within this band, adequate zoom-in/out while the animal is flying -different score-values for different collisions -higher levels can only be played upon completion of the previous levels speed of game will increase! -application remembers last won level, so one does not need to start from level 1 again. -in-game menu to restart level, chose lower levels, turn sound on/off -bonus when level is completed when quicker kills Looking for long-term cooperation with follow-up projects.
