Add AdMob (Rewarded Video) and Google Pay (Payment Provider) to Android locale WebView App

Here is an Android project, which basically runs a local web app via WebView. The web app is written in Javascript. There are two buttons, which we deliver with their callback functions. You need to add the JAVA part to the android app in order to implement AdMob Rewarded Videos and Google Pay as payment provider. The button and callback functions are in: js/states/[login to view URL] (adMobPressed, adMobCallback, payPressed, payCallback) So if the user presses the button for AdMob, the app needs to play a rewarded video from AdMob and afterwards come back to the WebView and also tell the "adMobCallback" function the result (video watched, video aborted, etc.). If the user presses the button for Google Pay, the app needs you to allow paying via Google Pay, afterwards coming back to the WebView and also tell the "payCallback" function the result (which product, etc.).
