App to be built - Generate QR Code from Personal Data and Validate

Below are the following requirements; High Level Requirements * Develop Mobile application for both Android and Apple iOS * Application is to be used by an end user to create their QR Code and a business will use it to register the end user's QR Code which will take their information and put it into a timestamped database. * Data in database should be easily exported to CSV or PDF * Application should have both QR Code reader and generate ability built in * Require application to be built in AWS using End User - Requirements * Application is to generate a QR Code based on a person entering their name, residental address and mobile number * Before QR Code is generated, the user must validate their mobile number is correct before displaying their QR Code. (ie send a message to mobile number and enter in random number to finish process) * QR Code should be exportable to an standard image file, or able to be uploaded into a QR Code App, or remain in this app. Business Requirements * Same application is to be used for the end user to present their QR Code for scanning * QR Scanner is to scan End User's QR code and enter data into time stamped database * Ability to view data based upon date and time * Data needs to be exportable to CSV and or PDF format. Back end infrastructure requirements * Build in AWS leveraging all service.
