Cataloging app that uses a camera to get images to be used in image detection.

I will work with a contractor to develop my app. I will do CNN and other needed models and API calls while I need the contractor to design the front end and framework. Basically, my CNN identifies the item, the app allows me to click to confirm then it shows another screen with data I feed on the said selection. I am very thorough so don't think this is a quick job. I need someone serious and willing to put in some work to get me a good product.

To reiterate:

I need someone to build the app minus some of the hard stuff that I'll outsource to myself. The app will have a folder where I will add several models made in python. The camera will be used to detect an image given inputs specified by me of 32X32 image size though that can change. Then a pretty UI where the user can have a few screens to play with using data I feed on API calls or preloaded whichever is best, probably API call.
