The project takes in user info and does two things. It rates both individuals as well as businesses that take perform a service. It does this in a layered way so the app user doesn't know that the answer they give is less biased. It also checks their background by linking to several government networks or websites. It then matches up and lets you rate people after the initial approval annually, or dependent on user preference. I have apple so I would like it to be an apple based app. When you approve of the deal I'll give you the particulars after you sign a IP & NDA agreement. Less is more, I prefer function or fashion.
