Hello, Yes, As a certified mobile app expert, I have practical experiences in 3D space handling and feel comfortable about it. I have developed several 3D mobile game by using unity3D. Rotating, Zooming In and Out are not problem for me. I have also developed 3D swap face app and 3D furniture design app. In fact, I am a little bit confused now. what do you mean by "cycle" here, in your job post.
