Build a mobile recharge app

Build an Android app to let users recharge and pay bills of mobile numbers, dth, landline phones, water bills and electricity bills etc. An api would be provided based on which you have to build this app. Here is the list of features required: 1) admin panel where admin can enable/disable services, view transactions done by retailers, track daily performance, see credit and debit available to retailers, set commission rates for different services to be paid to retailers and distributors, pay commissions, create new account for distributors, retailers, customers etc. 2) retailer panel where retailer can recharge customers mobile number, dth or pay postpaid mobile landline water electricity bills etc. Retailer can also see offers available for the respective mobile number using the api provided. 3) three APIs would be used in switch case manner on priority basis depending upon the service available. If all three APIs fails, transaction would still succeed for customer's number but in the back end it would show as pending. Admin or someone else will redo the transaction from back end and only then amount would get credited to concerned number. 4) Allow retailers to submit bank transaction details for payments made to the company. Let admin cross check the details and credit respective amount to the retailer account. 5) Allow distributors to collect cash from retailers. Distributors would receive commission on amount collected. Commission rate would be set by admin and may vary from time to time. 6) separate panel for customers to directly pay bills or recharge numbers. 7) few predefined roles and provision to create new roles by admin and sent privileges. 8) new user registration using mobile number, email I'd or google/ Facebook account. Also allow users to set biometric login and two step verification. Admin will approve New account. 9) a notification system to announce new things and news by admin. 10) allow admin to create new plans available in the market and show them to others. So you can see there is nothing much to be done. Just integrate APIs and make host of features needed. App need to be registered on play store for download by users. Only those having already worked on similar Android project should bid.
