Build me a simple Android App with special requirements

It's a very simple app to help people get less addicted on smartphone apps. The name of the app will be 14Sec and you should be able to choose apps on your phone that when pressed would take 14 seconds to actualy open, showing a message Saying: "Do you really need to open this now? Think about it..." then a 14 seconds chronometer and some small ads bellow for monetizing the app. After 14 seconds, the chronometer should be changed to a button saying "Yes, I do". There should be a menu symbol on the top left corner that when pressed shows the pages "Blocked Apps", "Configurations", "Statistics" and "Help". The first page (when you open the app) should be the "blocked apps" and would be composed by a list of all the apps available on the phone that are possible to block, with a switch on the right of each app. When pressed the switch it should activate the block, and when pressed the name of the app, it sends you to the page of the configuration to that specific app blockage where you can change the days of the week and time of blockage as well as how many seconds it should take to open the app (going from 14 to 90 seconds). The configuration page should have two options: "General Configurations" where you can choose the same thing described above but for all the apps at once, and the "Specific apps configurations" page is the one mentioned above. The specific should override the general if both are activated. The "Statistics" pages should have a number of times you have tried to open each app, the number of times you've waited and how long you've waited for it to open. You can leave the help page with just a simple message in the middle wich I will change later on. As for the visuals, i just want a simple "Sec" added to the file uploaded here, "glued" to the number 14 and with a "tall" and pretty vertical typography, all inside the purple circle that already contains the number "14".
