building an app which is compatable for both andriod and apple

i am looking for someone who can create a gaming app for both android and apple. the app is basically a game where it tests your reflexes. an object would appear on the screen and the player must click on it quickly (it should get harder and require much faster clicking speed as the time goes on). it should have a scoring system which displays the users score on top of the screen. the background should look appealing and the targets should look different every time (maybe different colour). when the user opens the application 3 buttons should be displayed: 1) some where were they can view there high score 2) instructions on how to play the game 3) a button to click to start playing the game. when the player misses a target and looses the game their score should appear in the middle of the screen with a restart button and a back to menus button which send them back too the first page when they first open the app (the one with the 3 buttons mentioned earlier).
