Car Booking - Request Sending and Accepting Function in Mobile App

Need a function in android app for taxi booking like Uber Mobile App. In which customer can view nearest car (as car icon) through customer app version on map (according to Longitude & Latitude) available for booking, customer can filter to select car type like Economy, SUV, Luxury same as uber. Customer can select pick and drop- off location (Decide route) and can send request for booking, once request sent it will go to all nearest car drivers apps (Driver app version) as notification (ringing in app) for booking request and when any of driver accept request, the notification will disappear from other nearby drivers mobile app and confirmation will go to customer mobile app with option contact car driver where he can dial his car driver mobile no. Note: 1. App should ask to enable GPS Location of mobile to user both customer version and driver version to use app. 2. Mobile no. of car driver should appear to customer app only after accepting request by car driver. 3. Nearest driver number range could be 0 KM to 10 km. 4. Car type filter like eco, SUV, Luxury etc. should enable filtered view on map like uber customer version app.
