3D Chess Android and IOS application built preferably with C#

This is actually a 3 Dimensional Chess game called Quadlevel. Do not confuse this with regular Chess-Game-Development. All materials and rules will come from [login to view URL] This is NEW APP DEVELOPMENT This 1st & 2nd phase will allow two players to move pieces within the app, and finish a Quadlevel game. The 2nd phase will put a Computer opponent that will play against you. A playing thinking Quadlevel-Chess engine is very important! Later phases (in future projects, if we get that far,) will allow internet players, and add the checkers game at some point.... What you'll need: C# app programming skills, Possibly Unity, Xamarin?!. Some imaging ability. You might need some love of Chess and logic. But you may be able to use some images I provide. 'Chess pieces' may be stock photos. The ones I have probably are not up to snuff. The logic: The logic for the how a piece is able to move. If I touch a 'Knight'... it should allow me to drop it to places that I can move it to. (legally). It should show legal places that I can move it too. (For now ... do not program/worry about any game variants. ). How do we handle screen-size and the board-size? I'm not exactly sure, but I'll listen to your bids. The functionality should mimic [login to view URL] (Executable) (and in addition a Chess-Engine.) This program was written in VB6.
