Complete a mobile app in native Android and iOS, and build from scratch WEB API and WEB-APP (MVC)

We are a team of enthusiastic young professionals looking to complete a project in Android, iOS and web app and two admin panels and we are looking for DEDICATED TEAM of programmers with a designer. We will be helping along the way with feedback where necessary. The mobile apps will be completed by a different team and the winning bid will have to work and synchronise the website to the mobile apps and the admin panels in all aspects. The web app is designed and developed in the UI to an extent that will help the winning team understand the level at which we would like to develop and complete the web app. Our BUDGET is strictly €4000. The most interesting bid with the most powerful team will be a winner. The team needs to show understanding of the project before awarded. Two different admin panels are required. First admin panel would be for the company side users, where the member that registered the company will have access and will be able to manage account and admins of the company profile. Second access for the owners of the apps and web app, with statistics on traffic, counts, payment gateway, notifications, etc. Shared with the winning bidder will be the following: · UI in Android · UI in iOS · Partially completed UI for Web App and complete design (in 2D drawings) · Implemented code with functionality for the Android Mobile App · Implemented code with functionality for the iOS Mobile App The team should be able to work on the given third party code and make additions in the functionality of the features connected with the Web App (Subscriptions page, Help and Support, Feedback; clicks from the mobile apps that will take the user to the web app). Also the team should be able to design and develop a synchronised admin panel for the owners of the two mobile apps and the web app. Our team will be available to check the work and any failure to meet our standards will lead to termination of the contract. CODE WILL BE IN OUR WEB SERVICES AND SHARED WITH US THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. We will only deliver payment upon delivery of the finalised code. Rules: NO PREPAYMENTS: First milestone will be a very small one where my team will understand the skills and capabilities of the development team. IF AND ONLY IF the FIRST milestone is completed satisfactory level then the project will continue. IMPORTANT: With every milestone the codes and APK should be submitted (!).
