create an android file manager application in Xamarin

all the details of the project are mentioned in the attached document so read it carefully and bid seriously, because if you bid first and then in chat ask to increase price, i'll report about you. for your better understanding i have also attached the images as a zip file so you can understand that how you have to create and funciton this app. can somebody make an android file manager application for android phones and tablets with vertical and landscape view of it (if screen rotated). This app should support android 4.1.1 to android 8.0 and above. you have to use the latest version of the Xamarin only (work of Android studio is not required).
