Cross-platform news app with push up notifications..

Suggested design : 1. Admin mobile app that the admin can select headline+ news + images. Then it will be saved in a shared DB 2. When the admin post the news, all users (who have the users app) will get a push up notification that show the headline + image + they can go directly to the news in the app. 3- users don't need to register, basically any one have the app can see the news ( plus old ones ). 4. Admin can add/edit/delete these news [login to view URL] One tab is recent news and the other tab is old news Recent news becomes old news after 12hours The main idea is the nice push up notification that has image + text + url to go to the news So API is not needed because the news are coming from the admin app. There is no website. Users can see the full news in the app
