Electronic Program Guide (EPG) for Smart TVs

Looking for a contractor / team to develop an Electronic Programming Guide (EPG) that can be used on Smart TVs and mobile devices to help viewers research, select, and interact with their content (broadcast and streams), whether it is VOD or Live Stream. Must be able to pull, and add, content from video content apps and cable/satellite/OTA connections into one User Interface. Within that User Interface, a viewer will be able to review content available for them to watch and after selecting what they want to see, are taken to that piece of content. The EPG must be compatible with Smart TV OS’s such as Android, iOS, Tizen, and the universal Smart TV OS. The best example of what I’m looking for would be the Reelgood app (only in my project’s case, it would also include cable/satellite EPG capabilities). Also Comcast’s X1 platform and Tivo (however, in both cases they require hardware). This will be a 2 part project: 1) Demo 2) Completed initial project I state “initial project” because the plan will be for this EPG to evolve over time with new capabilities and features. As a result, it will need to be developed in manner that will allow for future updates and functionalities to be added over time.
