Entry level mobile game development partnership

I am looking for someone who wants to learn, currently is learning or does know a little about mobile game development. I am starting up a mobile app publishing / development company and although I have several projects I would like to get created, I simply cant do it. things that will be provided are as follows web space for anything project related server access once acquired for the possibilities of multiplayer or if anything needed help with outlines and or storyboards. just looking to get some simple basic stuff out there to start driving the name and hopefully get some larger projects going. can provide some funding. not much. other funding would come from revenue from ads or sales in which you would receive a portion of that and ongoing for the service
