Implement Mobile App for Kilimohub.com

Hello, My name is Abdulaziz from KilimoHub, Recently we have published a web based agriculture platform which comprises of modules such as knowledge center, market place and online trading. You may access the portal here: [login to view URL] Now that the web portal is LIVE, what we need now is a Mobile App. I would love to have a fresh brain work on this App, someone who has good taste and clean implementation, Our primary focus is an Android App but if you can implement one of those cross platform solutions that could be deployed on multiple platforms, then thats a HUGE Bonus for you. The App is going to CONSUME AN ONLINE API THAT ALREADY EXISTS, so i don't expect for any data storage on the App itself unless if its improving UX, maybe caching, e.t.c.
