Implement ocrapiservice in Appery.io

Hi, I'm looking for a crossplatform developer who is able to implement "ocrapiservice" in a [login to view URL] project. So both services are free for usage. What I want from you is you create free accounts for this services (Or I can give you those free accounts) and implement a simple APP WHERE : I can "UPLOAD a CAMERA IMAGE" like "[login to view URL]" or "[login to view URL]" and you let see mee the converted text (from the given IMAGE) in a TEXT field in [login to view URL] project. [login to view URL] has a build in PLUGINS for picture capture from CAMERA (Which I can provide you an exmple if needed) . SO the only thing you have to do is Implement the PHONE GAP solution of [login to view URL] in [login to view URL] who gives you the possibility to implement the CORDOVA plugin like described in " [login to view URL] Thats it. NOTE: [login to view URL] provids ANDROID and IPHONE examlpes but not a example for [login to view URL] who is CROSPLATFORM and easy to implement.
