iPhone App Project Specification/Project Rollout Document needed., to assess viability of app project, prior to building the app. I will liaise with you to provide all the details of what I want to achieve for this industry app and you will provide me with a well constructed and clear document listing the following: 1. Project Description (approx 1/2 page) 2. Project Objectives (approx 1/2 page) 3. Project Audience (approx 1/2 page) 4. Screens & Features List (Complete a list of the menu, features and list of each page) 5. User Path/Flow (Create an outline of the user path for all types of users, with schemes) 6. Design Materials (Create a list of apps or sites that are a good example to copy and a list of apps or sites that are a bad example. Select a colour scheme for the app. Describe any features that should be included in the design. What fonts should be used? Create wireframes for the design). 7. Tech Stack (Describe the most desirable tech stack: Frontend, Backend, Other) 8. Non-Functional Requirements (Eg. Usability, Security, Loading speed, etc) 9. Tech (Are you able to exercise tech supervision for the build phase of the project?) 10. SEO/Content Marketing. (Can you source or provide SEO and content marketing after the app is listed and launched?) 11. DevOps (Once launched can you take care of server infrastructure, security, speed, and scalability if we receive high volume traffic after the project is launched?)
