making a software that can make android and ios apps for free and offline

Hello I want a program like a software named joapp(it is in persian and english language)[website of this software:[login to view URL] The program you want to make for me must have all of the capabilities that this software has and another capabilities I want(e.g:different templates for mobile apps _ with customize anything in the apps,converting websites to mobile apps...) some features that my software must have: 1-it must be in offline mode. [login to view URL] must have a script for support customers by chat(like zoopim) -a part that customers can chat with our team. [login to view URL] must be so graphical and in a good view and users must be able to customize the software appearance. [login to view URL] must be able to make android,ios,windows and ... (like appypie website)(it is better) [login to view URL] must work with all types of image files(like psd jpg ...) , audio files and video files.(at least so many types of these files) [login to view URL] must be updatable(we want you to update the software later according to my needs) [login to view URL] must have a place for us to set our adds in the software [login to view URL] software must be limited for everyone who download it from the internet for example and everyone who wants to use the software must pay monthly or yearly and it must connect to the banks(paypal and iranian banks) to pay and active the software completely for users. [login to view URL] must be able to create digital books and software as apk files and ios files. [login to view URL] users can save their projects as a ... file(not apk) to continue their projacts later or change in their apps.
