Mobile App UI Development using Flutter

I am looking for a professional who can implement UI screens using Flutter.
The project is to create a mock app using Dart and Flutter for a cryptocurrency wallet service.
The mock app shall have the attached themes, screens and designs.
The app design has been inspired by the following link:

(search for “cakewallet” on behance).
The deliverables MUST include :
- All 13 screens satisfactorily implemented as per the designs shared
- Both light and dark themes implemented for all screens using a toggle
- The code shall be properly divided into reusable and extendable widgets
- Standard Flutter codebase structure (as suggested here: [login to view URL] )
- Android and iOS Compatibility
- Use of standard dart packages (packages with good community support and score > 90)
The project has a very tight deadline of 2 weeks and the developer MUST comply with daily code reviews and discussions.
A proposal with a screen by screen plan across 2 weeks shall be given preference.
