Need an iPhone App based off my existing Android app

I already have developed the Android app, I just need basically an identical version for iPhone. Would prefer to work with a developer who does both so I can just send them the android app and they can convert it to work on iPhone. It's a simple image overlay application where we are taking a source image and adding a warning to the top of it. The warnings are to be 20% of the total image -- we have 8 different warning files to use depending on whether the source image was taken wide ways or tall ways, and whether it was in the 16x9 or 4x3 aspect ratios. The warnings also are in black or in white. I already have these warning images available from the Android app we previously created. We also can choose to "Extend" the warning above the source image by making the final image 20% increased height, or we can choose to "Overlay" the warning directly on top of the existing source image. The image needs to then be saved on the phone and to share with facebook/instagram/email etc. The app also allows the users to rotate the source image (if needed).
