Prototype - A Google Maps based app for Android and iOS

This is a proof of concept app for both Android and iOS. I am looking for a simple but robust build to test a single function of a larger application.
In a nutshell, the app will show users information being displayed on top of/overlaying the basic Google Maps skin of either their location or a location they enter. The information being displayed will be sourced from all users of the application.
With all that in mind, this version will have a couple of simple screens that allow users to sign up and log in, another to choose their location and the main screen displaying the map and information. I have a wireframe showing the flow and layout of all the necessary screens that I can send over.
