simple notification writing -- 2

I am looking for someone to write some custom notifications for my firebase project. Project is 2 notifications one for when a user comments on a post and another for when a user posts something to a group a friends, and all friends must receive a notification. I am looking for experienced dev to do this very quickly 1 Day Maximum time. Currently using IAPReceiptVerifier & Lionheart with Heroku server to manage purchase. Serious offers only small budget fast turnaround if cannot complete within 24hours do Not Apply.
