Good day, I have 3 years experience developing games with unity, especially 2D games. I have many unfinished projects (RPGs, Arcades, etc.) as well as 2 published. The one I've been working on recently you can find in my portfolio. It's an android game but I have no difficulties developing for PC if needed. From what I've read in your description, the game is doable for me but I need more details to say for sure. Unfortunately, I don't have experience working with multiplayer games, but this will not be an issue if your project will be single player. If you wish to create something similar to pokemon, then its definitely doable for me. I have a full time job so I will be able to work in my free time, which is 5 hours per day.
