We require a library that can be used in C# Xamarin to convert a Summus Wavelet Compressed Image to a Bitmap Image. The function must operate as follows: byte[] bmpImage = convertWaveletToBmp (byte[] wiImage); Attached is a wavelet sample image. The library must be compatible with Android v5.0 (Lollipop) to v8.0 (Oreo) and iOS 11 to iOS 12. The library it to handle exceptions without crashing and return null in such an instance. The maximum input byte[] size will be 50KB.
