Very Simple Android Message App: Sugar Level Serenity

Description: I have a member of the family who is diabetic. Her name is Lucy. I would like to help Lucy track her blood level and inform her family and doctor. The app should run on Lucy's Andorid phone and help her send message each morning. This app for private use. The idea is very simple, each morning when Lucy opens her phone, first thing she would see would be a question: "Good morning Lucy, what is your blood level?". She will have to type a number, lets say "5.6" and press send. The app will send the following message: "07:53, 16/09/2018, Lucy's blood level is 5.6" to chosen contact via chosen app. Ideally would be if app can also upload this info to spreadsheet in google docs (option if easy). Design: Design of the app should be very simple, full screen, neat question on top, entry field. Entry done by default android keyboard, ideally keypad with numbers only keyboard like with phones. Nice "SEND" button. In the corner should be small neat setting button. Settings options: 1. Time the app "takes over" the phone or when it kicks in. She would like to be able to specify time, lets say 3AM, this is when the app fill the frame, so first thing Lucy see in the morning is full screen app asking question. Any other suggestion how this can be achive are welcome. Obviously I do not want to wake her app in 3AM, just when she picks up her phone in the morning 6, 7, 8, whatever time, she first thing sees question full screen. 2. Question should be editable, if Lucy want to make it different, like :"Sweatheart, how is your blood?" Should she be able to change it in the settings. 3. Lucy should be able to add contact who she want to send message to and what app will send it. Like Phone Message (SMS) to Doctor and Send Hangouts Message to Mom. Options for apps: Phone Message, Hangouts, Whatsup - contact selected who is available in the app. 4. Option to store data entry to database in the cloud, like add line to spreadsheet in google docs. Any suggestions are welcome where can Lucy store it online. Additional: In future, Lucy might want to store(send) other information, like how many carbs she did eat, ideally app would be flexible to add additional fields of entry (questions). So in setting she can add remove question, default one should be blood level. If more than one question added in the settings the app will ask one question after another in full screen mode and send after last one answered. In future maybe Lucy wants to send info twice a day in morning first thing and at lunch time, It would be great to have option to add more times, remove time. Budget: It is not app for sale. It is for private use. I just want to help her if she likes it and have feedback I might hire person again to develop it more. If it is a hit and she uses it, I will try to find funds to develop even more for her. Currently it is my gift to her, so it is privately funded and my budget is limited.
